Welcome to the User-Request-Manager (shiva) API

This API is able to manage all request produce by an user into your application.

You can use it to :

• define the type of request (RequestType) used to retrieve, store and transform a user's data
• create a simple workflow to help manage the progress of the request
• attach an action to the states triggered in the workflow
• link requests together
